our ac went out while we were out of town. Rex came out to fix it and declared it hopeless. They did what they could to try and get it to limp along until the new unit could be installed. Incredible experience. Called at 3:00 on a Saturday and they were at my house @ 4:00 and had my issue fixed by 5:30. The technician that arrived was very Polite and Very Thorough. Diagnosed my issue and had our unit Fixed and running Like New.

I got to the Keys this am and found my house at 93 degrees it quickly went up to 96 I had 3 cats and a dog with me I called Rex Air and they sent some within 2 hours I believe his name was Jon he went straight to work and had all the necessary parts and had us up and running within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them. They are a life saver.

We finally had to replace our old workhorse Lennox central a/c system. Rex Air gave me three options, explaining each one fully. We picked a Lennox Signature Series compressor and air handler. They brought it out, took the old one away, installed the new one with no scratches, little noise and they cleaned up after. You’d never know they’d been here! Friendly and helpful installation and explanation of thermostat option settings. Recently they brought out some replacement filter material since we signed up for annual maintenance contract. No muss, no fuss. Locally owned.

I have had a complete central air unit installed and have the service contract on two units. Rex Air provides excellent, professional service. I've had Casey and Nick come out to do my contract service. Both were kind and respectful. I highly recommend Rex Air!
